DynaTrap DT1775 Vacuum Fan Trap Review

The DynaTrap DT1775 trap is a unique trap that uses a 3-way strategy to attract and kill mosquitoes and other flying bugs.

First, the trap attracts mosquitoes by the warmth generated by the UV fluorescent bulb. The attracting is enhanced with the use of the Ti02 titanium dioxide-coated surface which produces CO2 that mimics the human breathing (mosquitoes find this irresistible). Lastly, the targeted mosquito and other flying pest that comes around the trap gets sucked in by the powerful vacuum fan. The trapped insects will eventually dehydrate and die in the cage.

All of the DynaTrap that are indicated as “indoor/outdoor” use, are constructed of durable and all-weather materials that is meant for outdoor use all year round.

In our opinion, the electric version will be our top pick among the three types reviewed here as we like the thrill of an instant zapping kill of the nasty mosquitoes and do not wish to purchase glue boards for replacements.
